All pick-up orders must be placed by 11AM the day before pick-up.
Pick-up is available only the day after your order is placed
To ensure freshness and food safety, chilled and frozen items must be collected within 1 day of the pick-up date.
Unclaimed orders will be discarded and are non-refundable.
Where do you deliver and When?

-Your order will be delivered between 11AM and 5 PM on your delivery date.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as routes vary daily based on the driver’s schedule.
Make sure your mobile number is entered correctly at checkout to receive the SMS. We are not responsible for any errors during the checkout process.

Do you deliver on weekends / public holidays?
Sorry.
Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered as we’re closed on weekends and public holidasy. If your order is placed on Weekend or on a Public Holiday it will not be processed until the next businesss day.
I have a specific cut in mind. Can you customise my order?
Sorry, We do not offer customized services.
Can I choose my delivery time?
Sorry, specific delivery time requests aren’t available.
Our delivery team covers all across Melbourne,
so we follow the most efficient route to make sure everyone gets their order fresh and on time.

Do you deliver to PO box/Parcel Locker?
Unfortunately, we can not due to food safety reasons.

After Order
Can I track my order?
Sorry, live tracking isn’t available as we handle deliveries ourselves to make sure your order stays fresh.
Can I change my order to Delivery / pick up?
Sorry, if you wish to change your order to delivery or pickup, please cancel and place a new one.

You can only cancel your order while it’s marked as PROCESSING on the Orders Page.
Once the status changes to ON HOLD, the meat cutting process will have started, and no changes or cancellations are allowed.
If you’d like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally while the status is still PROCESSING.

What is your reture / refund policy?

– For missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– For incorrect deliveries, include a photo of the items in your inquiry.
– For returns due to product issues, provide photos to customer service.
–Â Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
–Â Refunds: Processed within 3-10 business days after item retrieval.
What items are non-returnable?
⚠️ Important: Refrigerated and frozen products are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
• Change of mind, personal reasons, or taste preferences.
• Incorrect recipient address or phone number.
• Items disposed of or returned without prior agreement.
• Perishable items are non-returnable once disposed of.
